I can remember reading a book that was supposed to be a sequel to the final
episode. In it most of the characters were not killed, merely knocked out.
Can anyone out there place it as it was so long ago I can't remember its
name. I hope this eases your pain somewhat.

Are the videos released in the exact way they were on T.V as there seems to
be two lots at the local video store.
