Well I can't say that lately.  (About people don't seem to be quite so 
difficult to deal with with Al-Anon and the Program - whatever program)
Lately I find myself detaching from lots of people - I'm just plain fed
up with a lot of games - but I am NOT doing it with detachment.  I am 
coming from a very VERY harsh place.  (Lots of anger coming out for 
some reason)  Maybe it's something astrological or something as several
other people locally have shared they are dealing with anger and even 
RAGE coming out.  Someone close to me called me very upset last night 
with anger issues.
Whatever is going on, I hope I get it out of my system soon.  I think I
will be able to tell that I have done so when I stop gritting my teeth 
as I say "But for the Grace of God". (Grin)
Meanwhile, anyone selling a used punching bag?
