So my usage wasn't so marginal after all, if you can't do a compare and

Dostoeivsky (sic), btw is to authors in general and the liberal
intelligentsia of the USA what all the bogus (awful) Russian rock bands of
the 70's, 80's & 90's were to music in general and rock music press
types of the USA.  His stuff is so boring and poorly composed that only
someone without a life whatsoever could manage to read more than the first
few chapters.  He is rated as a good author only because the liberals who
do the rating were desperate to come up with a good writer from their
beloved USSR, as that helped serve their hate America first philosophy of
life.
