I don't really have any experience, or knowledge, about cross-compiling yet,
with
any language. But I did a little research for you.

'rustup target add x86_64-linux-android` will install a toolchain for
cross-compiling, if I understand things correctly.

There are some examples for a "Hello, World" program at this web page I found.
