In past, I do believe his supporters have also used the middle name, though.
Like the young schoolkids who sang him the "Barack Hussien Obama" song when
he visited their school (written by their teacher). It was several years
ago, like right after he was elected the first time, but I bet you can still
find it on the Internet.
That said, I don't see why it should be an issue. It is his name.
