Sorry, Sir, but why do you forget to take ex-USSR market into
consideration? These weird territories possess one wonderful feature: if
government structures decide that you are capable of paying (you are seeking
for expensive services -- ISDN), you have to pay not just twice but THOUSANDS
of times more. Thus ISDN (64Kbit) line costs from $887.5 to $5217.5 per
month! Would you like such a service? What about me I'd better bought a
133MHz Pentium + 2Gb + 32Mb + 17"... Don't forget as well that communication
services over ex-USSR never cheapen, so ISDN is a subject for banks and
idiots over here ;-)
