-> I was using one of my IC-02at radios the other day (for packet) and
-> noticed that I was not receiving any responses to my packets.
->
-> I pulled out the plug that goes into the earphone jack and found

-> low-volume audio. However, it is not enough to be useable.
->
-> Does anyone recognize this symptom (voltage-dependent volume) and

I suspect the Audio Output transistor or chip has died since there
is audio but at a very low level. I personaly woud concider a IC-02at
as a poor radio for Packet. Because of it's massive minaturization it
does not have very good "Continous Operation capabilities" and a session
of heavy packet traffic could overload it.
