Wendy,
  It sounds like you have been through hell and back! I am glad to hear that 
you are doing better... I know and understand coumidin all to well I take 
10mgs a day and cannot maintain a decent PT level... .  I do hope you 
are healing well and that you are handling all the "changes" that this 
surgery will and has bought onto your life.
  Please take good care of your self and rest... do some stitching or other 
easy and relaxing crafty things during your recovery time..
