Good reply!  Now.... I believe most all Judges DO understand it!
and they ARE working within the "law" as is written.
Remember now, the government replaced Common law,  and blended
Equity Law and Criminal Law together, and called it "Statutory"
Law.  It is hard to win a case claiming Sovereign Citizenship,
BUT one who knows what they are doing, CAN accomplish the same
results by using the Uniform Commercial Codes, to show that
that particular law does not apply to them under the contractual
agreements between you and the State/Federal Goverment.
A good example is trafic violations.  You get stopped for speeding
and get a ticket. By "law" you are compelled to perform by contract
of a drivers license.  If you do not, you get a ticket and the
judge fines you for breech of contract. You broke your contract
with the state, because you agreed NOT to speed, and you did.
Compelled performance is only viable in contracts.  By understanding
the U.C.C. (1-207), you can make a timely claim of violation of
contract, due in part that you were unaware of certain provisions
that were not stated in your contract with the state in regards
to your drivers license.  I have not used it in that context yet,
but have used the UCC 1-207 claim in other financial matters,
especially with 3rd party contracts that were attempted to be
pushed on me.
This may not be the best explanation, but there is some excelent
works on this out there in cyberspace.
