2.6.19 is release 19 of the 2.6 kernel. 2.6.27-7 is the seventh build of
the 2.6.27 kernel, maybe compile time options changed, or security fixes
were backported. I'm not sure what the .16 on the end is, something ubuntu
but I'm not sure what.
