Odd statement which is a tad dfficult to reconcile. So if the state was the
alpha & omega now the Private sector is the alpha & omega
&.....???

Yup. But by then they'll have lots of cash & will be talking about how
to keep the underdeveloped western nations from dumping goods & poor
labour practices into their market
