This is incorrect, Dave.  Seal (either version) will move/hatch files just 
fine provided it is properly configured.  Seal 0.50 does it all here.  Check 
out the commands SEAL TIC and SEAL HATCH.  I haven't used TICK or HATCH in 
ages. :)
