But more seriously? I was trying to make a point about plaintiff and the burden. It really doesn't matter, if there is a bunch of folks who doesn't respect the moderator.

I don't have any issue with that. Most of the issues I skimmed had even less content than Fidonews (meaning no new content beside the political quote from Janis). But if he is committed, why not.

The whole thing is pretty ridiculous. Ward attacking "Nuke the echo", Sean defending by self-appointing him as moderator and posting rules. Michiel asking for proof and questioning Janis gender. Everyone blabbering about zone wars and some stories from the past that have been told over and over again...
