    What does that say? I thought it was Tom or Bob, but if Bob isn't it,
maybe we don't actually have one. That would make it difficult to use the
Fido procedures to keep the peace. Thank goodness most of us can be
civilised when requested. :-)

    I acknowledge with thanks Charles's recent restraint. We are *all*
supposed to keep personal affronts out of our articles.
