 That's not right.
 Radio Shack sells scanners in more places than just the US and Canada; the
 units sold in Europe are, as a rule, *not* cellular blocked. There are more
 than a few US scanner owners who've gotten the European models or the
 European CPU boards for their US-spec scanners.
