However if you consider the layers of chaos & organization which permeate from the infintesimally small to the infintesimally large then it strikes on that nature & it's corollary evolution is an organizing force just like gravity or inter-atomic forces etc. i.e. from "get enough energy together in one point & it wll organize itself into particles of matter" through to "vast spiral arms of galaxies" there are layers of Chaos/organizing force/chaos/organizing force etc. e.g. 2 objects of mass placed a dstance apart have no goal of merging their masses but given the organizing force of gravity that is what will happen unless chaos intevenes (e.g. a another rock comes along moving at speed & hits one of them).
