Outlook is part of Office. Some (maybe all?) versions of some later 
versions of Windows (I don't think including Vista) come with a "taster" 
version of Office; I don't know if that taster version includes Outlook. 
(It's mainly a - somewhat limited - version of Word, and I think of 
Excel.)
