Dear NG,
I do need very soon a lot of measurements of populationgenetic
formulas. It would be very good, if that measurements are for diploid
organisms (alternativly it can be for bacteria cultures, too):
* mutation rate (µ=(x)/(2N))
* migration
- average frequency p of original population
- number of members of original population
- average frequency p' of immigrants
- number of members of immigrants
- average frequency p* of migrate organisms
- number of migrate organisms
* inbreeding coefficient (F=(H(0)-H(I))/(H(0)))
H(0): heterozygosity in population with random mating
H(I): heterozygosity in population with inbreed
* genetic drift, geneflow (H(t)=H(0)*(1-((1)/(2N)))^t
H(t): heterozygosity after t generations
H(0): heterozygosity in original population
N: population size
t: number of generations
* Selection (p'=((p²w(11)+pqw(12))/(w))
p': frequency of allele A in sequel population
p: frequency of allele A in original population
w(11): fitness of newborns with AA
w(12): fitness of newborns with Aa
w: average cumulative fitness of all newborns
