   Well, SEMWARE sent a card out announcing the 32bit version of TSE
   but I had to Surf to the site to find out the price.  It was like
   they were embarrassed to put it on the card or something????  It's
   a minimum $39 on up depending upon what version you currently own.
   I plan to upgrade, FWIW.  Peace.
