Hi Shawn. I'm really torn about this one. I do agree that with a 75% or
higher unemployment rate among the blind, that the NFB could make better
use of its resources. I shutter to think of all that PAC, SUN, and candy
money going to fight Disney. However, I do remember my childhood. I wore
thick glasses, and the other kids always called me Mr. Magoo, so it is
true that people, especially children, are influenced by this kind of
thing. I would hate to think of another generation of near sighted kids
being called "Mr. Magoo".
