I take it the smiley face does mean you're joking.  Of course the
numbers don't repeat within a single drawing.  They can't..they're
not returned to the barrel before the next one of the set is drawn.
I was referring to the possibility of the same sequence of numbers
repeating/not repeating between two separate powerball drawings.
Since every drawing is a random event, there's nothing preventing the
same sequence of numbers from being drawn during the next contest.
