Al-Qaeda is still targeting airplanes and they are still targeting people
and they are also looking at many vulnerabilities such as this.  There are
rumors of different "Al Qaeda plots" every day and doesn't prove
the switch in tactics you are trying to imply.  I really don't see this as
a good one for them since it doesn't really terrorize.  Where is the
terror?  They are still looking for ways to generate bodies, don't kid
yourself.
