     I do bulk (non-profit) mailings and I've heard
nothing along that line.  And it doesn't make much
sense (not that that ever stopped the P.O.)  Why should
they care what program you use?  They are interested in
the end result - what the envelop looks like.
Shouldn't matter how you got there as long as it
follows the rules.
