Or were you just looking to make a headline? What a stupid statement, "It was unlawful because there was no lawful reason for it and in that respect it was criminal." So me a friendly fire death where there is a lawful reason? It is always a mistake by definition. Those incidents will always be preventable in some way. IMHO, some one looking for headlines. So what is the next step? Is it going to be taken?
