What causes internal resentment is - it's London again.

The situation is bad enough in the South East as it is - there's been so
much development that the area is no longer self-sufficient in drinking
water and the climate change predictions make that even worse.

Plus costs down there are high to start with.

If it HAD to come here, Birmingham would have been a vastly better choice.
Or somewhere in the North East.
