It seems like Mbse 1.0.4 is making tics there not will work well for htick,
where htick say error in line To:

Mbse tic file line seen as this:
To: Gert Andersen, 2:230/150{at}fidonet

So the tic files i getting from you been make to *.asc files of the error.
When I am change the tics to only have 2:230/150{at}fidonet in it is it  working.
