BK>> I have a solution to the national debt, welfare, and the crime
BK>> rate, and it starts with setting a goal of full employment. Real
BK>> full employment, not 5% is full balony.
RW> WOuld agree, and qualitty employment.
If you have low unemployment, employers will have to compete for
workers. You will have quality employment.
...
BK>> Until they see doom staring them in the face. Once they see no way
BK>> out they can become unstoppable.
RW> Obviously you have more faith in the human race than I
RW> have. IF they see doom staring them in the face, but hte guy
RW> handing out the half a loaf of wonderbread says they're
RW> mistaken they'll believe him and take their half a loaf.
They will, once. Then hunger comes back and they realize they
will not get enough, ever, until they break free. It's been that
way often enough. The French and Mexican revolutions are cases
in point.

BK>> > Another thing to do. I"ve gotta see what the
RW>> amperage draw on that oxygen generating machine is, see if
RW>> I can float it off a ups or a power inverter at times.
BK>> Worth considering. Do they have 12 volt units?
RW> NOpe, I checked. Total power consumption 400 watts. 4
RW> amps at 117 vac. I figure run off a power inverter, with
RW> the inefficiency of the inverter factored in we're drawing
RW> 30-35 amps. That means hours on the machine if mains power
RW> is unavailable before we switch her to canned
RW> air.
Sounds more like 40+ amps.
RW> FIgure that's a couple pictures of Ben Franklin, as I want
RW> an inverter that gives me a good sine wave because of audio
RW> production work, and any other precision electronics that
RW> must be run from a.c.
Or a generator. That sounds more practical for long term work.
