That's the error you get when the "WildcatServerConnect()" command fails to
find a server running on the same machine or on the network.
wcstat parameters are:
/S:computername <--- Server computer name
/i:inputfile <---- *.ST file
/LOGS:filename <--- log file name
/RUN <---- Auto run
