OK there are lots of reasons from insane laws banning anyone using anything
to do with the Olympics w/oi their say so (right down to "London"
"Summer" & .....2012...

Etc.

If it's a F*cking commerical concern then it should stand on it's own feet

"The budget for the 2012 London Olympics has risen to œ9.35bn, Culture
Secretary Tessa Jowell has told MPs.

The revised budget is nearly four times the œ2.4bn estimate when London's
bid succeeded less than two years ago.

Construction is now budgeted at œ5.3bn, there is a œ2.7bn "contingency
fund", and tax and security costs have risen.

The Tories attacked her decision to "raid" an extra œ675m of
lottery funds - which means œ1 in every œ5 of good cause money now going to
the Olympics."

circles or pat balls about the place.

9.5 billion for a 2 week jamboree which the UK doesn't need (let alone London).

That sum of money could do a serious amount to provide poor bastards in the
3'rd world with bed nets against malaria or clean water or...etc.etc.

But no....Oooh bow down in front of the great olympics where....oooer
athletes can engage in what most be the most expensive form of public
entertainment on the planet.
