It doesn't? I use it all the time. Block the para and then hit it. I don't
use it on quoted text, however. That would take a macro, as you suggest.

Many have gone on to using MSWord, other have gone to the "new" echo,
WPERFECT. Some lurk and only rarely post, e.g., Alan Kaplan is still
"out there." He and his bride are expecting a bambino around February.
