I'm not sure exactly "who" you would contact, but call the Harvard School
of Medicine.  They did research on this issue I believe it was around
1990, and they may be able to send you a copy of their findings.  These
findings were made public, but unfortunately, it hasn't entered the 
legal system often enough.  
Another place you can call is John Hopkins Medical Center in Baltimore
Maryland.  My cousin works there but I am not at liberty to give out his 
name in this forum.  Just ask to speak to a neuro-psychologist that
specializes in child sexual abuse, and then ask that Doctor where you
would find the information you need.  
These are the only two places I know of that might be able to offer some
assistance.  I hope it helps.
