It's the slow erosion of those rights that is the worst of it.  The 
Slippery Slope is hidden by the small bites taken away.  

It is hard, nearly impossible, to restore those rights once they are gone.  

As such, I'm quite disappointed with the current Justice Department's 
position to continue with the domestic spying started under W,  Even 
worse, it appears they want to extend the gvt's rights with blanket 
immunity.
