Indeed not but then you are the one positing WW3 where I simply don't see it anymore.

Large scale regional wars (e.g. China-Russia along the Amur or India-PRC
over the himalayas or US-PRC over Taiwan) might still happen but you have
not named any protagonists who would wish to engage in global warfare.
