If you were really the old-timer C_Echo participant you pretend to be,
you'd konw that even in the "old days", power/control was never absolute,
tyrants were never tolerated, and the moderation arrangement worked
admirably. Unless, of course, you asked the occasional obnoxious jerk who
got tossed after everyone was sick of him/her. They tended to adopt the
same air of righteous indignation I often see you exhibit.
