Everything the prez gets while he's in the WH is not paid for with 
taxpayer money.  It has to be related to official business for that.  

The prez pays for all personal means.  Those swing sets Obama got?  They 
came out of his pocket.  From the WH Butler:  "That first month's bill 
the prez gets always results in sticker shock."
