I'm oscillating back toward the FRZ position - at the moment, I've got a
connect delivering between 3650 and 3680 on big files.   (It's just as well
- I'm delivering 32 Megs of 'em... the filebone dam broke..:-)

Maybe USR ain't so bad after all..:-)
