No. And for now, ARM64 (aarch64, ARMv8) is the most advanced architecture.

SD cards have one important advantage: they can work in the SPI mode, thus
allowing bare CPUs (all modern CPUs a really SoCs) interact with them.
And, anyway, having microSD slot is much better than soldered eMMC chip.
