Just goes to show that most American companies don't give 2 f**ks about
non US consumers.
I don't consider the UK Diamond office to give a rat's ass about
anything other than video product, which is why I will NEVER and I
strongly repeat NEVER purchase ANY Diamond video product, nor will I
ever recommend to my clients any Diamond video product.
It's not Supra's fault that they got bought up by such a *expletive
deleted* company so I will continue supporting Supra but won't hold my
breath for any Sysop deals, or customer support coming from Diamond.
Pity, really since Supra seemed a pretty good company with decent
support.
