I send them to the office of the receiver.  When you send one to
the Senate Fax, is that a centralized fax machine for _all_ or
any Senator?   Don't know if they will even respond.  I include
my Phone Number, Fax number, and a mailing address.  But of
course, I sent things that really do not require an answer, but
maybe a "comment" or two would be nice.  At least I would know
that they got them and _read_ them!
