subject: Problems noticed with wcR

Hi Hector,

I've just recently begun really using wcReports on my system and I've noticed
some odd things about it. I'm not sure if it's something on my end, but I've
checked everything over pretty well and I'm not seeing what could cause these.

1. I have one file directory with no files in it at this time. I've noticed
that the info screen shows 2 total file areas with 1 active file area. I'm
not sure about the difference between total file areas and active file
areas, but I do only have one file area. The counts for the message
areas are correct and both total and active numbers match.

2. If I try to do a list on a file directory with no files, the cursor
changes to an hourglass until I close that screen, although the application
remains responsive.

3. When running statistics reports, I noticed that calls during the 10 PM
hour are listed as calls during the 4 PM hour. I did check the template
and it appears fine. Oddly enough, the hours are being reported as 6
hours behind the hour that it really is. My timezone is Central
(GMT-6). I don't know if it's a coincidence or not.

4. Again, in the statistics report, the percentages of callers using certain
protocols is correct the first time a report is run after the history file is
deleted. When that report is run again, the numbers become incorrect
and add up to much more than 100%. It's like there is a calculation
problem. I don't notice the problem with any other user fields besides
protocol.

Just wanted to bring these to your attention, in case there are errors in the
program that can be fixed.

Thanks!

Chris
