I think that bug may still be in the code.  I built the latest svn and am still
getting the same bug as old versions.

Even if I run it with a different config name or path it still comes back and
says that it can't open the file.

The configuration file 'tinytic.cfg (./tinytic.cfg)' was unable to be opened.

or with an alternate config.

The configuration file 'tinytic.cfg (.//home/frank/ttic/tes.cfg)' was unable to
be opened.

Not sure why it's doing the whole .// thing but that might be an issue.
