TAFE is running some courses, but there are some pre requisite courses 
you must take (according to their ads).
Also MPCUG provide some courses, dunno how good they are, but you'd have 
to become a member.
Or else you can try yourself, buy some books and a compiler and people 
here or on other C oriented echos will help you.
