This is true and just what I did.  Telstra replaced the questionable phone
within a hour of me making a complaint.  Funny thing was that none of the
technicians had heard of the hassles with older T200's and modems.  I
enlightened them.

Anyway, I'm still getting a second line for the modems.  Then I'll be able
to call 2 BBS's at once...   ;-)
