     Since the SEEDSWAP echo has been removed from the
backbone due to lack of traffic, neither I as moderator nor Jessica
Edwards, co-mod, have the desire to try to revitalize it.  No one has
come forth who would like to moderate the echo, as requested a
month ago.  Therefore, SEEDSWAP is pulled from the EchoList.  I
urge anyone interested in the subject matter to use the parent echo
for SEEDSWAP:
