  Belive me I've tried.  I've bought and run everything that has a web
interface and hate them all.  Now I think the trick is for one of the modern
BBS softwares for *nix (that use SQL for message storage) to cram out a
plugin for one of the big web forums.

  I tried with a web based NNTP reader but the interface chewed.
