Complete details regarding our 56K upgrade are on the Hayes website.
On the website, you will also be given the opportunity to register
to receive news about upgrade availability and other information 
regarding 56K as it becomes available.
 
Some 56K models are now available and our upgrade program is active. 
If the model you want is now available,  you can place your order 
online via the website.  In return, you'll receive a return
authorization number for your old modem.  You will then send your 
old modem and your payment to Hayes.  When we receive it, we will 
send back the 56K unit which you ordered.
