I think that it's around 0.32 per minute peak.  I don't think "offpeak"
really exists for weekends.
Since Sprint is still growing, they are in primarily the larger cities
and outskirts.  For example, i recently went to Pittsburgh from
Philadelphia.  Just on the other side of Breezwood after the last 
tunnel on the turnpike, I had solid coverage into Pittsburgh and 
beyond.
