What "comes through" is that you haven't been following the
thread and have no idea what you are talking about. 

Bob was the one who said there was some sort of agreement not
to sell the book in the USA. THAT is the discrimination,
against the USA for some reason Bob describes as something like
sales territorial disputes or some such. This was information
from Bob, not from me. I only replied to what Bob stated as
fact. 

If you had followed the thread you would recall he asked people
in Europe to buy the book and send it to him? The need to do
that didn't ruffle anyone's feathers one bit did it? 

I suggested finding a book written here so that you can buy it
here. You are so very insecure about whatever you are you
imagine ghosts where there are none.
