I called delta again today, Thursday at 2pm eastern. The sales line
just rang and rang, the long distance tech support line gave me a
recording to call 9 to 5 eastern time Mon thru Fri. Now, I paid my
money, they sent me a box and manual that both clearly state that
telix can be used on an "IBM PC,XT,AT,PS/2". But the high density
disk they sent will ,not, work on a PC or XT. I don't know about an
AT or PS/2. $79 including shipping, is not an amount I can just
throw away, and I should get what I paid for. How can I get them to
either send something I can use, or refund my money. If refund, they
can have their useless disk back (including box and manual if they
wish), if they pay return shipping.
