I have my Larsen 5/8 over 5/8 GMRS base antenna mounted 
on the same mast as my Antenna Specialist 5/8 wave CB 
antenna. A standoff puts it out to one side aprox 1.5ft 
with the bottom of the 2 antennas at the same height. 
SWR meter showed no before/after differences, thou I 
imagine the CB antenna blocks the signal from the GMRS 
in that particular direction.
